We know that taking the leap into Veganism can be a big, and sometimes scary, step. But if it’s something you’ve been considering for a while, or perhaps want to give it a try, help is at hand.
Veganuary is a website, launched by founders Matthew and Jane, to make that transition a little easier. The idea is to give a vegan lifestyle a go for the entirety of January, the month of new starts and resolutions, in the hopes it gives people a taste of what it’s like to be vegan – and how it’s not all lentils and salad!
Whether you’re a vegetarian or a meat-eater making the switch, the Veganuary site provides plenty of tips and information on what to eat, which products are vegan and also an eating-out guide (something we know even vegan veterans struggle with!).
There is also a section on vegan people, from celebrities to your next door neighbour, and includes a myth debunker so you can finally find the answer to the question on everyone’s lips “so where do you get your protein from?”.
And if, like us, you’re already a vegan then it’s never too late to learn a thing or two.
